Our team successfully carried out the complete demolition of a holding furnace in Germany using a combination of two demolition robots and one excavator with a prolonged boom for thorough cleaning, ensuring that the project was completed efficiently and safely.


We successfully demolished a large aluminium rotating furnace using a 4-ton bagger with a custom-made boom and a 1000 kg demolition robot, the DXR 140. The complete furnace, including the back wall, was successfully demolished in approximately 12 hours.

We were called in for an emergency intervention at an aluminium converter in the Bavarian region, where the local contractor was unable to complete the demolition of the furnace using a rented excavator. With the assistance of our 1000 kg demolition robot, we were able to effectively remove the remaining lining and successfully complete the project.


We successfully completed the demolition of a Jasper aluminium melting furnace at a local aluminium factory in the Bavarian region of Germany. Despite the limited workspace, our team was able to efficiently remove the refractory materials within a 24-hour period.


We recently carried out a demolition project involving a zinc pot in confined spaces, using a combination of our 4-ton excavator for cleaning and a 2 ton demolition robot with a short boom for the removal of refractory bricks. This approach allowed us to complete the project in a more efficient and cost-effective manner, while also improving the ergonomics for our operators by eliminating the need for jackhammers.
